During a career spanning over a quarter of a century in the property, engineering and construction industries, Anje has delivered several high profile property developments in Victoria. Anje has acquired extensive experience working on projects ranging from boutique to large residential developments including Manor Lakes master planned community and ARK residential apartment development.
Anje has previously worked with prominent developers including Dennis Family Corporation, Metricon and Hickory Group, providing him with end-to-end experience spanning all stages of development including planning, design, feasibility and construction. Anje’s vast knowledge of the local market, which encompasses more than just the residential sector, has provided him with the ability to assist projects exceed budgetary targets.

Shawn started practicing architecture in 2002 and has gradually redirected his focus to development management and property development since 2012. In the past over a decade of his career progression, Shawn’s professional experience has spanned across a broad range of development projects including offices, educational facilities, resort development, boutique residential developments and low / high rise residential apartments all around Melbourne region, with a total project value of more than $300 million.
